Information we collect
We collect account and profile details, including email, display name, birth month and year, gender, country, language and timezone. We also process quests, submissions, media, location evidence you choose to provide, reports, device information and point or payment records.
How we use and retain it
We use information to operate the quest workflow, enforce audience eligibility, keep accounts secure, process points and payments, prevent abuse and provide support. Exact location is restricted to server-side verification and appeals and is deleted 30 days after final settlement; an approximate area remains only with your consent.
Sharing and international processing
We share only what is needed with service providers for payments, email, storage and push delivery, and with authorities when legally required or necessary for safety. We do not sell personal information. Where information crosses borders, we use appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Optional automated safety review
Automatic AI moderation is currently disabled. If Boreday enables it in the future, task and submission text, images, audio or audio transcripts may be sent to OpenAI solely to classify safety risks. Before activation we will update this policy, identify the active processing and retention terms, show an in-product notice, and request consent where law requires it. Reports, blocks, appeals, and human review will remain available.
Your choices and contact
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction and may object to certain processing. You can change profile and leaderboard privacy settings in Boreday. Contact support@boreday.fun for a privacy request or question.
