Email support@boreday.fun from the address on your Boreday account. Include your app version, device model, a short description, and any 16-character Request ID shown by the app. Never send a password, verification code, full payment credential, or private key.
Safety concerns
Use Report and Block from a quest’s safety menu so the relevant item reaches our review queue. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services first; Boreday support is not an emergency service.
App Store purchases
If Apple completed a purchase but points have not appeared, do not buy the same package again. Stay signed in, reconnect, and reopen Boreday so the unfinished transaction can retry. Send support the Apple transaction ID if the issue remains; never send Apple ID credentials.
Account and privacy
You can update privacy choices and permanently delete your account inside Boreday. If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address for identity verification and assistance.
