A little fun for every boring day.

Turn an ordinary moment into a side quest: put a small idea into the world, let someone make it real, then see the story come back.

01

Drop a quest

One good quest is specific, safe and light enough to begin today.

02

Take this quest

Pick a side quest written by someone out there, do it your way, then bring back the story.

03

One small idea. Three human moments.

Publish something light, let another person make it real, then close the loop with a thoughtful review.

BEYOND THE SCROLL

A real thing to do when boredom asks, “now what?”

Boreday is more than a random activity generator. Every side quest begins with a person, becomes someone else’s small adventure, and returns as a real story.

01

When you’re bored

Choose a light daily challenge you can begin now instead of opening another endless feed.

02

Everyday microadventures

Notice a new street, tiny ritual or nearby place without planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

03

Challenges with friends

Share an invitation quest, compare different completions and give the group a reason to meet.

04

A gentle comfort-zone nudge

Try something creative, social or mindful while clear rules keep the challenge realistic and safe.

REAL-LIFE SIDE QUESTS, EXPLAINED

Questions people ask before taking a detour.

The short version: small quests, real people and stories worth bringing back.

01What is Boreday?

Boreday is a real-life side quest community. One person publishes a small, safe idea, another person claims and completes it, then the publisher reviews the completion so the story has a real ending.

02Can a stranger give me a task?

Yes. Browse public quests created by strangers in Today’s Side Quests, read the requirements and choose one that fits your time and interests. Participation is voluntary: you decide which task to claim, then share your completion for the publisher to review.

03How do I create a task for strangers?

Publish a public quest with a clear goal, completion requirements and up to ten places. You might invite someone to photograph the sky or explore a new street. Other users choose whether to claim it, and you review each participant’s completion separately.

04What can I do when I’m bored?

Open Today’s Side Quests and choose something that fits your time, place and energy—such as a tiny creative prompt, a nearby microadventure, a social icebreaker or a mindful break from your routine.

05Is Boreday a random activity generator?

Not quite. Recommendations help you discover a next step, but Boreday quests are written by people and designed to create a human exchange rather than produce an isolated random prompt.

06Can I create a challenge for friends?

Yes. Publish an invitation quest for people you choose, or open a public quest with up to ten independent places. Each participant completes and settles their own place separately.

07How do proof, points and privacy work?

A participant returns completion details, the publisher reviews them, and approved rewards settle through the points ledger. Exact location is used only when verification needs it and is never shown publicly.
